Booking / Cancelling / Changing an Appointment

Appointments can be made either in person or via the telephone. 


Once you have reserved your appointment, all you are expected to do is show up!  Should you fail to cancel or change within 24 hours before your appointment time (or “no show”), 50 percent of the price of your scheduled service will be charged.  Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this policy, as it could compromise your future spa experiences as well as the spa experience of  your fellow spa worshipers. If you are stuck in traffic, running late or just can’t seem to get here on time, please call ahead so I can do my best to accommodate you. If I am able to give you the full treatment,  I always will, if not, you will still be charged the full treatment price. 

Appointment Information

 Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for a stress free check-in.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available and can be purchased and used towards any service. They are good for the face value of the certificate and can be used for spa services, and towards any of the products being sold.

Gratuities

 Prices on treatments do not include gratuities. I accept both cash and credit card.
